Has the world gone mad? Of course it has. The Food and Drug Administration on Monday cleared "cultured chicken cell material" made by GOOD Meat as safe for use as human food. Nobody took us up on the request for photos, sometimes you just have to do it yourself I guess. Tim is the only one of the three of us that has ever made the pilgrimage to Home. His fondest memories of the event include an incredible presentation by Vinnie from Russian River, and not remembering much after a few tastings. Call it a bucket list item for me.
